Hi Everyone!

I hope you are all enjoying the tail end of your weekend! We had such a great weekend, as it was my youngest daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday yesterday and our whole family went of our way to spoil her and treat her on this monumental day.

We had a limo come to the door for her, with VIP tickets to Cavalia which is a very famous production with horses in Montreal. Making memories was the point and it was done! The limo ride with a glass of champagne was a beautiful surprise to begin with, and then the evening started with an amazing buffet dinner--no holds barred, champagne, wine --all you can eat and drink. The show itself was phenomenal--so much talent! Decadent dessert was served at intermission with more champagne and many different cheeses and lastly a visit to the stables after the show. A true dream for a horselover like Monica!

At this point I will add that my Brain and Body Booster Tip this week is about making sure you make joyful memories with those you love. There is nothing more rewarding than being able to give to the ones you love and show your appreciation for them in your life, and when it's possible--go the extra mile, it's worth it.

Great relationships are the number one way to feed your body and brain, so spend lots of time and energy on the ones you love and feed yourself well! This is as important as any food or drink you will put in your mouth, because without love we suffer in health . Babies will die if not nurtured at all, and we will feel like we have if we live a lonely life. So I encourage everyone to spend the rest of the evening with your family appreciating their part in your life!!

Have a great evening and week ahead!
