I would love to share this delicious vegetable dish today for those looking for a new and dynamic taste this weekend!
1 Fennel bulb chopped in large chunks
6 large purple carrots sliced
1 lb mushroom halved
2 inches garlic chopped small
SAN-J gluten free Orange Sauce
Instructions:
It's so easy! Place all vegetables in a wok, stir fry 7 minutes or until tender, and add a few tablespoons of SAN-J gluten free Orange Sauce, stir in and serve!
Serving with salmon sautéed with ginger and tamari makes a wonderful combo!
